《感谢日记》 Grateful Journal
第 一次听说所谓的 “grateful journal”, 感到很兴奋。 Oprah Winfred 每天临睡前，在她的 《感谢日记》纪录那天令她觉得感谢的人和事。我们脑子里都有一本《感谢日记》，你的可能是很厚的一本。我把我的感谢用言语说出来。例如，我会对爸妈说“谢 谢妈妈做饭，谢谢爸爸付账” 。 可是，却没动笔纪录下。“Grateful journal” 是个很好的概念，因为人– ok, 因为我 - 是善忘的。 把感谢的写下来，若干年后，文字会勾起记忆，找回感觉。 今天我的 《感谢日记》 “开章第一页”， 有好多感谢。
1。 谢谢我先生，Ric， 花了好多时间和心思帮我设网上日记。看似简单的几页， 要组合起来， 也是耗时的工程。
2。谢谢972 同事所建立的榜样。尤其是德江和咏梅。 他们在部落格上的用心及成品，是最佳的参考和标杆。
3. 谢谢光临我的网上日记的朋友们。或许你只是看看 look-see look-see， 或许你留言了。谢谢”赏脸”花时间看我的日记。更谢谢你们的鼓励。
