Hi Lee Lian,

(Actually I have taken the trouble to write to you in mainy Chinese message to u but in the end couldn’t post it successfully and lost the message because I didn’t enter my name first. Sign…..So I have to very quickly type the message in English now.)

I went to watch 于台烟和万芳的说唱会last Saturday and thought I saw a lady interacted with Wan Fang looks very much like you leh. Is it you? I thought 97.2 DJs are having a full day retreat & dinner that day.

I’ve enjoyed the concert very much. Their songs are very nice and very memorable, bring me back to years before. Wan Fang vocals is especially good and touching. She sings with a lot of emotions. She looks melancholy, as if she has suffered in love. Like she has said during your interview with her, she is lazy to make-up, so I think she didn’t put on make up that night. My friend commented she looked as if she just woke up. But of course, her singing surpass the look lah.

CS, from the CD sleeves I have, the title of the song is 美丽的神话I. I wasn’t aware that there was another version of title. Hope this clarifies to some extent.

Jiahui, I like Ye Huan’s voice too. But I just couldn’t find the song that day. M still trying to locate it. Ya!! I’m looking forward to the drama too. I couldn’t get involved in this project - still feeling sore about it ：( Will update when I have more info about it.

I have been following 972 all the while. I like those English & Mandarin songs you played on air.

I have been trying very hard to find this song ‘Butterfly’ from local CD outlets but to no avail. I wonder if you can find this song ‘Butterfly’ - forgotten the singer, sound like Daniel….something. This song is very popular during the early 70s

This is the first time I’m dedicating a song. If you can find this song and I would like to dedicate it to all my 1973/4 Form 5 classmates studied in Laksamana Secondary School, Kota Tinggi, Johore. Not forgetting also those teachers who tought us.

If cannot , then maybe “Lau qing ge’ by Lu Fang will do.

Can i have this song ‘好久不见＇ by 5566, coz this song which used to be often played by 93.3 in 2005 reminds me of my happy working days in Zen Voce Mfg. Pte Ltd, esp. with Yap, WenXiang, Jeffrey, Mark and Weiwen. As a pro-rated part-time assembly operator, that working period used to be the days that marked the end of my ” play-play ” life before i entered into the decent executive worklife, the kind of teenage-adult transition.
Sometimes i still can hear this song in 97.2, making me think back of that sort of carefree life which i can hardly have now.
