HI Irene,
I’ve checked with my colleagues, they have been trying to track the problem. In terms of infrastructure and software, eveyrthing seems to be in fine working order. If I know of anything new, I’ll update you. Meanwhile, if you are not hearing it well on internet, please switch to traditional radio for the time being to avoid frustration.
