Hi Lee Lian,
I like this show. Only 15 epsiodes, oh no.
I will say “OH, that is how this food came abt”. My kids both like your show too.
So, keep going more..more…there are still a lot of traditional foods that need to dig history into……
Most of the time, the effort and work put in any broadcast is always tedious but it is showed just for a short span on AIR, I’m sure you enjoyed going thru the discovery and exploration. Fantastic. Salute u.
BTW, would like to thank u especially as I heard my song has been played last nite, dedicated to thank both of my kids. They do not know abt my dedication till you mentioned their names on Radio. They are so surprised and you have expressed my gratitude exactly my feeling towards them, so nicely that touched their heart.
My son, Bryan, hugged me tightly and said that I’m the most wonderful mummy that he wanted, even with my nagging and tough parenting expectation on him. HEHHEE.
My girl, Sharlene, was dancing and singing along with the song, sending hugs and flying kisses to me. HOHHOOO.
Once again, thanks for making all these so beautiful and sweet.
All the best. Happy New Year.
thanks…sweetie mummy
hi hi! I’m glad you kids were thrilled and had expressed their gratitude in such wonderful ways. Children amaze me with their trueness in their emotions and how they express so spontaneously. They charm me
I am very fortunate to work on this project. The group of producers and crew are wonderful people to work with. We even challenge each other with IQ questions - those 欠扁问答题。
Do give me your feedback, let me know from your point of view, what can be better. We are already in the process of filming the 11th episode.
Thank you
Hi Lee Lian,
Food Old Days is a good show that has involved many research of our past history. We should document down all the research down so that our future generations can know how the original taste of the dishes are like.
Can I suggest the crews to create upload the information into Wikipedia? Afterall, the information are now public domain, and will not violate any copyright issues.
You can document where the location of the shops and the recipes used if possible.
I am now looking forward to the possbility of season 2!
cheers

The program on Food Old Days’ you are researching now are all about Chinese Foods, I have a suggestion, why not try other races’ foods. I believed many viewers like to know more about the origin of other races’ foods too.
Next time I Shall tell you more about how my wife and I sustain our 35 years relationship.
I’m so amazed with this show! izit possible for you to find out where is 素食典 now? Used to be @ Apollo Centre previously, super nice vegetarian food! ;P

Hei, I really enjoyed the show you hosted. I was quite sad, though, that this program was ’short-lived’. I will be looking forward for its second session. (will be praying for that)
Till then, enjoyed all the good food and take care… ^_^
Thanks and Regards,
